Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions
This Offer Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes an official public offer by Flarereach ("Service Provider") to provide email validation services ("Services") to any individual or legal entity ("Client") who accepts this offer. This Agreement is a binding contract between the Service Provider and the Client upon the Client's acceptance.
Acceptance of this offer is confirmed by the Client's registration on the Flarereach website and/or payment for any subscription plan.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Client with access to the Flarereach email validation API and related services, and the Client undertakes to pay for the Services in accordance with the selected subscription plan.
3. Services Provided
Under this Agreement, the Service Provider offers the following:
- Access to the email validation REST API
- Web-based dashboard for account and API key management
- Monthly email validation quota according to the selected plan
- Technical documentation and integration support
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
The following subscription plans are available:

5. Payment Terms
Payment for the Services is governed by the following conditions:
- Payment is processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider
- Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
- The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes
6. Service Provider Obligations
- Provide access to the Services upon receipt of payment
- Maintain service availability with reasonable uptime targets
- Protect the Client's data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
- Provide technical documentation for API integration
- Notify the Client of material changes to the Services or this Agreement
7. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of account credentials and API keys
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not exceed the quota of the selected subscription plan
- Not use the Services for sending unsolicited communications
- Pay subscription fees on time
8. Cancellation and Refunds
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. The Service Provider may cancel the Agreement immediately if the Client violates the terms outlined herein.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or data loss.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
11. Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated by publishing the updated Agreement on the website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.
